Pirate Captain

After years of being downtrodden and considered to be the scum of the universe, some pirates banded together a group of others to invade a cluster - these being lead by the infamous pirate captain. Their skills are legend, and the number of followers they have only increases with time. Should you find one of these in a sector near you, be warned - for unless they are removed from this universe they will only bring more trouble.

Locations

Pirate Captains are found during special events in clusters with the highest crime rates, often in sectors with a high number of illegal buildings.
